Amaka

Hello, I am Amaka, lightbearer, professional supporter, and all round joy bunny. I have always been interested in human behaviour and I study this formally as a practicing psychiatrist. In my rest time, i like to consider myself a very enthusiastic amateur garden and forever learner swimmer. It's good to have an area of life that keeps you humble isn't it? Some people call me mummy, wife, daughter, sister, colleague and friend. Moving fluidly through these roles has taught me valuable skills which i have used to recognise my value, and prioritize myself in my life too. What I share here, are practical tips and information that would help you do the same in your daily life, i have taken years of study and made it all very accessible to you my dear friend. On this journey, we learn, we share and we grow together. Come on in, let's play and become better at being human together.
